$1,650,000

Set along the scenic Tomales-Petaluma corridor, this is the kind of property where the land opens up, the light settles in, and life naturally slows to the rhythm of West Marin. One of the few remaining opportunities to own true acreage in this coveted stretch, it offers a rare balance… Read More of space, privacy, and effortless access to both the coast and town without the demands of a full-scale ranch. The remodeled classic Victorian farmhouse sits on 6.7 sun-drenched acres, surrounded by rolling hills and expansive open land that create a sense of quiet and openness in every direction. The setting feels grounded, peaceful, and deeply connected to the landscape. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully refreshed while preserving its original character. Fresh interior paint, refinished hardwood floors, and clean, modern updates create a light and inviting living environment that is both timeless and comfortable. A full-size basement adds flexibility for recreation, storage, workshop space, or future possibilities. Recent upgrades, including a new HVAC system, on-demand water heater, updated well equipment, upgraded windows, a remodeled upstairs bathroom, and newer appliances, make the home truly move-in ready and easy to enjoy from day one. The land itself is a standout, open, usable, and filled with natural light, with heritage fruit trees, established landscaping, and multiple detached outbuildings that lend themselves to creative space, hobbies, or quiet work-from-home living. There is room here to garden, keep animals, or simply take in the wide sky and surrounding beauty. Life here naturally extends beyond the property. Mornings begin slowly, and evenings often end with a drive to nearby Dillon Beach, one of the few local beaches where dogs can roam freely, offering wide sandy stretches, dramatic Pacific views, and unforgettable sunsets. The waters of Tomales Bay State Park and the protected coastline of Point Reyes National Seashore are just minutes away, along with local favorites like Tomales Bakery and Nick's Cove. At the same time, you remain within easy reach of Petaluma's vibrant historic town, known for its restaurants, shops, and lively downtown, offering a seamless balance between rural calm and everyday convenience. Properties that offer this kind of land, setting, and accessibility are becoming increasingly rare. Whether envisioned as a full-time residence or a weekend retreat, this is a place to slow down, spread out, and stay awhile. Read Less
